War Mode
During Crisis mode, the entire resources are poured into executing the district emergency operations plan and protocols.
Peace Mode
Once crisis has passed, the war room command and control redirects resources into steady and regular upgrades to both Field-ops capabilities as well as Technical Capabilities.
Before the second wave, the Engineering Cadre attached to the war room was building a Palliative Care Network to connect all the palliative care centers in the state of Kerala to one single network.
