Manpower Requirements
A mix of administrative staff and field-ops volunteers are required to get the war room functional. 15 people in the central control room at district level with 2 people per hospital are minimum. Details are available in the Go Live Document.
Technical Requirements
A state/district should provide an AWS instance, details of all districts, local bodies and wards, open-source Map Data and access to 3 subdomains to host the live dashboards, frontend, backend. Our deployment team would quickly setup and configure the systems for you taking you one step closer to Go Live.
War Room Requirements.
A war room (control room) needs to be set up at the district level. The will be the seat of decesion-makers and will have representatives of different departments and organisations present for better coordination and quick decision-making.
